We will replace items damaged in shipping or those that were misidentified. Claims must be submitted within 14 days of delivery. All returns must be complete and shipped freight prepaid. We do not accept returns of items that have been intentionally damaged or abused. Shipping fees, including return shipping, are non-refundable. Please allow 2–3 weeks for all replacement orders. Missing product claims must be made within 10 days of the shipping date. If any shipment is refused without authorization or returned due to an invalid address, a 15 percent fee plus applicable shipping costs may apply.

3. Digital Downloads

Any digital download you purchase is for personal use only. Reproducing, redistributing, or reselling the files in any form is strictly prohibited.

4. Payment Methods

We accept payments through Stripe and PayPal. All transactions are processed using secure encryption, and we do not store your payment information on our servers.
